非正規販売者から購入された製品は品質保証の対象外となります。
商品は、お受け取り後できるだけ早く、必ず使用前にご確認ください。
返品には事前承認が必要です。
欠陥や破損、誤配送による返品のお申し出はお受け取りから7 日以内に、その他お客様都合での返品のお申し出はお受け取りから15日以内に必ず行ってください。すべての返品には 15% の返品手数料がかかります。
返品可能な商品は、お受け取り時と同じ状態（未開封かつ未使用、貼付のラベル等もあればそのままの状態）のみとなります。 領収書または納品書も必要です。

返品方法
返品を開始するには、info@lifexp-japan.com までご連絡ください。
返品が承諾された場合は、返送用ラベルと荷物の送り先・返品方法についてご連絡致します。お客様からの事前のご連絡・当社の承諾なしに当社に返送された商品は受け付けることができません。

破損・誤配送等
ご注文の商品を受け取りましたら、商品に欠陥、破損がないか確認してください。欠陥・破損・間違った商品が届いた場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。確認の上適切な対応をさせていただきます。

返品不可商品
セール品やギフトカードの返品はお受けできません。

交換について
交換をご希望の際は返品手続きの上、返品が承諾されましたら、お手数ですが再度商品をご注文ください。

欧州連合の14日クーリングオフ期間について
上記にかかわらず、商品が欧州連合内に発送される場合、お客様は理由の如何を問わず、正当な理由なく 14 日以内にご注文をキャンセルまたは返品する権利を有します。 上記と同様、商品は受け取ったときと同じ状態（未開封かつ未使用、貼付のラベル等もそのままの状態）である必要があります。 領収書または購入証明書も必要です。

返金
返品を受領して検査した後、返金が承認されたかどうかをご連絡致します。 承認された場合、10 営業日以内に元のご購入時のお支払い方法にて返金されます。 銀行やクレジット カード会社が返金を処理に時間がかかる場合があることがありますのでご了承ください。
返品の承諾から 15 営業日以上経過ても返金されない場合は、info@lifexp-japan.com までご連絡ください。

All products purchased from the shop are guaranteed for quality, purity and potency through their expiration date. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers do not come with the guarantee. When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. Returns must be made within 15 days and require preauthorization. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. All returns are subject to a 15% return fee. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
