Connective tissue support
Salmon Collagen Complex contains salmon nasal cartilage which is extracted from wild-caught salmon and comprised of undenaturated type II collagen, hyaluronic acid and lactic acid bacteria. The material is 100% salmon nasal cartilage, non-GMO, non-irradiated, with no carriers. The sourcing is environmentally sound, as under usual circumstances, fish heads are discarded as waste.
Hyaluronic acid is an unbranched glycosaminoglycan that is involved in many key processes, including cell signalling, wound reparation, tissue regeneration, morphogenesis, matrix organization and pathobiology (1).
Features:
Contains 40 mg undenatured type II collagen and 10mg hyaluronic acid
Supports hydration, elasticity, and tone of skin
Provides nutritional support for healthy GUT lining
Sustainably sourced from wild-caught salmon
Non-GMO material, non-irradiated, safe for daily use
Studies demonstrated, that supplements containing undenaturated type II collagen significantly improved cartilage recovery in patients with osteoarthritis (2). Orally-administered hyaluronic acid may reach joints, bones and skin, even if in small amounts (3), reducing skin dryness, and facilitating recovery of connective tissues.
